Non-Competitive Goalie Coaching Sessions

Geared towards younger and less experienced goalies that are still focused on having fun while learning techniques and fundamentals. Drills are slowed down with more time spent explaining each drill's purpose and goals. Edgework and game-like drills are designed for goalies who are still learning or have yet to master some of the more advanced skills. Slightly slower pace, more explanation, high shot rep, designated rest time, and more technique-focused drills. Drills will be explained in the main net to all goalies before goalies go to their respective nets. Edgework and skating drills will start each session.

Morning Sessions - Carleton Place Arena 

Evening Sessions- Beckwith Arena

• Session Time: 60 mins
• Goalies on ice: 4-8 
• Nets on ice: 2-3
• Shooters: 2-4
• Session Structure:
• 10-15 mins edgework/warm-up.
• 20-30 mins of drills with shooters
• 10-15 mins game/competitive drills
