Elite Under 15 Goalie Coaching Sessions

Geared toward goalies playing at the competitive level. More advanced drills require goalies to have a strong fundamental skillset regarding positioning, edgework and balance. Sessions will have a maximum of three goalies and 1-2 high-level shooters. Drills will intensely focus on advanced techniques, game-like situations and rebound battles. High pace, high rep, less designated rest time, more “compete,” and game simulation drills. Drills will be explained in the main net before goalies go to their respective nets. Edgework and skating drills will start each session.

ALL JULY/AUGUST SESSIONS ARE LOCATED AT CARLETON PLACE ARENA.

• Shooters: 1-2 
• Session Structure:
• 10-15 mins edgework/warm-up.
• 20-30 mins of drills with shooters
• 10-15 mins game/competitive drills
