Elite 15 & Up Goalie Coaching Sessions

Geared toward goalies playing at the competitive level. More advanced drills require goalies to have a strong fundamental skillset regarding positioning, edgework and balance. Sessions will have a maximum of 3 goalies and 1-2 high-level shooters. Drills will intensely focus on advanced techniques, game-like situations and rebound battles. High pace, high rep, less designated rest time, more “compete,” and game simulation drills. Edgework and skating drills will start each session.

-ALL SESSIONS IN JULY/AUGUST LOCATED AT CARLETON PLACE ARENA.

• Session Time: 60 mins
• Goalies on ice: 3 
• Nets on ice: 2
• Shooters: 1-2 (+coach)
• Session Structure:
• 10-15 mins edgework/warm-up.
• 20-30 mins of drills with shooters
• 10-15 mins game/competitive drills
